NEW YORK, December 3, 2018 \u2013 Saratoga Investment Corp. (NYSE:SAR) (\u201cSaratoga Investment\u201d or \u201cthe Company\u201d), a business development company, today announced pricing of its reset of the existing Saratoga Investment Corp. CLO 2013-1, Ltd. (\u201cSaratoga CLO\u201d). In addition and as part of the reset, the Saratoga CLO has also been upsized to approximately $500 million from its prior $300 million in assets.<\/p>\n

The transaction is structured as follows:<\/p>\n

The non-call period expires on January 20, 2020, the reinvestment period expires on January 20, 2021, and the legal final date is January 20, 2030.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The anticipated closing date is December 14, 2018.<\/p>\n

Saratoga Investment will own 100% of the F-R-2, G-R-2 and Subordinated Notes on the closing date.<\/p>\n
